Paradise Canyon Golf Resort – Signature Villa 382

Would stay again. Had everything we needed, clean, comfortable, quiet, and very friendly hosts!

The location is beautiful and the golf resort access and amenities were lovely. The place is as described spacious and comfortable. We rented both units and the lower unit is a little more modern as far as furniture goes. The units are a bit dated based on kitchens and bathrooms however well maintained and clean regardless. The furniture in the upper unit could do with some updates and some additional kitchen Items or bathroom toiletries would be a nice touch. The air mattresses worked well although a pull out sofa might be a nice idea! The host was very responsive and accommodated our requests and met all of our needs. Would be happy to return.

We booked this unit as grandparents for our group including several grandchildren. When we arrived we discovered that it is two separate units with no interior connection. This did not work well at all for us but may be fine for others. There is a desperate need for repairs and upgrades as this is quite dated. The listing indicates that it sleeps 12, but on arrival we discovered that the bedding beyond the 4 queen beds was in fact 2 blow up mattresses, again not clear at all in the listing. It is a beautiful location overlooking the golf course, but don’t plan your stay here around using the swimming pool. It is very small, difficult to find and in disrepair. Overall, I would call this unit OK at best.

Was a great place to stay, had 6 co workers stay comfortably.... beautiful surroundings and would be great to stay in summer months. Could upgrade a few appliances and provide more basic things things to make cooking/ staying easier so you don't have to bring lots while travelling. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to people

Excellent value and very accommodating for your individual situation. Booked 2 different villa’s and both were exactly what we expected and wanted. Location was a bit out of the way but that made it very quiet and relaxing and you could not even tell you were in a city. Will definitely be staying here again.

A very clean and spacious unit with a full kitchen, BBQ and spectacular view of the golf coarse. Communication was quick and efficient and most helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The units might be a bit outdated, however the cleanliness and amount of space more than made up for this. The pool facility and area was also clean and perfect for our family of 11! We are already planning our next stay.
